Important film because we have two big named counter culture figures involved, besides Dennis Hopper. One, director and writer, Curtis Harrington, a contemporary of Kenneth Anger in the LA "art film" community. Two, Marjorie Cameron, the paramour of both Jack Parsons & L Ron Hubbard. She is the older woman dressed in black in the first scene in the beatnik jazz club "Blue Grotto".
