On the Jesse Ventura vids, Part II at 3:30, there is mention of HAARP being used in Iraq War . How Iraqi troops surendered en-masse after being radiated by HAARP. Symptoms were sleep loss, agitation, BOWEL DISTURBANCES.

    Peter, I am curious what happened to you that gave you first hand knowledge of this?

    I know some stuff about HAARP, but, not nearly enough.
